1. Use of Service

Our platform provides lawful automation tools. Misuse or resale is prohibited.

2. Subscription Terms

• Payments via Stripe or Coinbase
• Auto-renews unless cancelled before renewal
• No refunds post-activation

3. Ownership

All assets and code remain © Brainwash Labs.

4. Liability

Our total liability shall not exceed your last billing cycle amount.

1. Our Commitment

We want every customer to love working with their AI team. If you are not satisfied within the first 30 days after activation, you may request a full refund — no questions asked.

2. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be made within 30 calendar days of first activation.
• The guarantee applies only to first-time subscriptions (not renewals).
• Applies to payments made through Stripe or Coinbase.

3. Process

To request a refund, contact our support team at support@brainwashlabs.ai with your order ID and registered email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

4. Exceptions

We cannot refund accounts that have already received full AI deliverables or where malicious activity is detected. Duplicate or accidental charges will always be fully refunded.

5. Legal

This policy is designed to comply with global consumer protection laws and applies equally worldwide. All refunds are returned to the original payment method.
